" City of Puyallup showed up to my house and notified that we have a huge leak in the property, I call 2 leaking detection companies and they couldn't find the leak anywhere, both companies went under the crawl space and they surely confirmed that it wasn't water down there, one of the companies tried to convince us to bring an excavator and start digging on the back of the house and yes $$$$$ you can imagine how much that was. On our desperation my wife since she is smaller and skinnier, ok ok I couldn't fit down there almost got stuck, so she put my fishing waiters on and went under the house founding a lot of water, which means that the other companies they even tried to go deeper into the crawlspace and gave us false information. I call five star, the communication was excellent, they don't offer service here in Pierce County and yet they showed up. Ernesto arrived really friendly fella always smiling and with not hesitation went into the crawlspace, took him 10 min to find the problem, he fixed right away and my $14k problem it was reduced to a hundreds, thank you very much Ernesto we appreciate your knowledge, your honesty and your hard work and please Ernesto keep smiling  "  

"I recently had Five Star Plumbing do a shower valve replacement that was not an easy job due to difficulty accessing the valve. Tile had to be cut to gain the needed access space - which was a concern because it would have probably meant a whole re-tiling job due to the age of the tile if any of the tile had broken. I worked with Jorel at Five Star over the phone, via email, and by sending pictures back and forth over the phone. We set the job up to be done while I was on vacation. I came home from vacation and the job was completed and there was no cracked tile! And the oversized cover plate we chose to use actually looked much better than I was expecting.
